  • Are there hiking trails in the area?
    Yes, there are various well-signposted trekking routes in the area. However, it is advisable to contact our structure for special excursions to request an expert local guide.
  • Pots, glasses, kitchen utensils present?
    Yes, everything needed for the kitchen is present: saucepans, wine and water glasses, coffee and tea/cappuccino cups, cutlery, cutting boards, colander, barbecue set, moka coffee machine, soup plates and flat plates, grater for cheese and vegetables.
  • Is there a cost for final cleaning?
    For direct bookings (made on this site or by email/phone), there is no supplement.
  • What time do I have to leave the accommodation?
    Check-out time is from 8.00 to 10.00 unless otherwise agreed with the Management (+39 338 7498653).
  • Kitchen detergents and bathroom soaps included?
    Kitchen: no soap available, not even for the dishwasher (dishwasher present only in Cenobio, Sambuco, Tragara and Molara House). Bathroom: only hand soap in dispenser.
  • Distance to beaches?
    The first beaches and lidos are about 3 km away from us. The beaches of the protected marine area Costa Masseta and Infreschi are reached by boats departing from the port of Scario. Other free beaches or with lidos in Policastro Bussentino (5 km away). The beaches of Marina di Camerota are only 20/25 minutes from our structure and about 30 minutes to get to those of Palinuro.   • The water is drinkable?
    Yes, drinking water inside the accommodation. The water from the outside taps (gardens and along the avenue) is not drinkable.
  • TV present?
    Yes, in each accommodation there is a 28" Smart TV in the living room to receive national and international channels. Connected to the internet also to take advantage of some thematic platforms for free for watching films and cartoons (free for Guests the Prime channel ). In the Cenobio, Sambuco and Tragara apartments, TV is also present in one of the bedrooms (double).
  • What equipment does the kitchen have?
    Cenobio, Sambuco and Tragara House: fridge-freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, herbal tea boiler. Bulgheria and Ciolandrea House: fridge-freezer, 4-burner stove, oven. Molara House: fridge-freezer, 6-burner stove, oven, dishwasher.
  • Is it possible to request an extra pillow?
    Yes, we can usually accommodate additional pillow requests.
  • Do all accommodations have a barbecue?
    Currently the following lodgings have a concrete barbecue: Cenobio, Sambuco, Tragara, Molara.
  • Supermarket nearby?
    A small but well-stocked market is located in Bosco, about 1.5 km away. Supermarket in San Giovanni a Piro and Scario, Hypermarket near Sapri.
  • Are pets accepted?
    Small pets are accepted with a daily supplement of 5 euros + VAT.
  • Wi-Fi present?
    Yes, we have fast Wi-Fi for each accommodation and with each one its own password. The internet line is guaranteed in every room and around the house.
  • Can I find a cot with you?
    Yes, we have some cots available but it is advisable to request them in advance.
  • Is there air conditioning?
    Yes, air conditioning is present in every room and is managed by remote control.
  • Is the parking free?
    Yes, parking is free. Each accommodation has a dedicated parking area inside the property, not far from the house and with video surveillance.
  • When can I take possession of the accommodation?
    Check-in time is after 2.00 pm unless otherwise agreed with the Management (+39 338 7498653).
  • Bathroom with shower or bathtub?
    All our bathrooms have a shower + an additional external shower for the Cenobio, Sambuco and Tragara lodgings.
  • Is separate waste collection done?
    Yes, separate waste collection is carried out in our Municipality. In each accommodation you will find the appropriate boxes with the relative bags. Materials can be delivered to the entrance of the structure by following the indications on the calendar.
  • What is the FAQ section?
    The FAQ section can be used to answer common questions about your business, such as: "Where do you ship to?", "What are the opening hours?" or "How do I book a service?". FAQs are a great way to help visitors navigate your site and can improve SEO.
  • Do you provide breakfast?
    No, we do not provide any catering services. Our accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen where you can comfortably prepare your own meals.
  • Does the property have a swimming pool?
    No, at the moment no swimming pool… the sea is so close! 🤣
  • Is the washing machine available in all accommodations?
    Yes, each accommodation has a washing machine and clothesline. An iron is also available upon request. We support eco-sustainable stays: it is recommended to use the washing machine if possible after 7.00 pm and with a full load!
  • What places to visit nearby?
    There is a good choice of historical, artistic and cultural sites to visit in the area. Here are some examples: Casa Museo Ortega (Bosco), Cenobio Basiliano, Sanctuary of M.S. di Pietrasanta and Pianoro di Ciolandrea (S. Giovanni a Piro), WWF Oasis (Morigerati), Venus Hair Waterfall (Casaletto Spartano), Certosa di S. Lorenzo (Padula), Angel Caves (Pertosa), Christ the Redeemer and Center historical (Maratea), archaeological sites of Roccagloriosa, Velia and Paestum.

    Yes, there is a "House regulation and respect for the environment". Find a copy below:
  • Are sheets and towels included?
    Yes, sheets and bath towels (shower, face, bidet) are provided by the hotel. For stays longer than a week, the change is provided, usually on a Friday.
