COMPANY POLICY: CANCELLAZIONI

Any cancellations must be received in writing by email.
Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows: ​

​

• no penalty will be applied up to 30 days before the arrival date;

• from 29 to 15 days before arrival, the deposit equal to 30% of the entire booked stay will be retained;

• from 15 days to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit equal to 50% of the entire booked stay will be retained;

• from 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged.

In case of "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
Early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay.

Delayed arrivals do not give the right to any refund.

Attention!   In the event of cancellations due to pandemics (Covid-19), due to contagion (*) and / or blocking of transfers between regions  or countries, no penalty and consequently, the deposit will be fully refunded or, in agreement with the customer, a credit-voucher will be issued to be used for a future stay.

(*) to be verified with a rapid or molecular antigen test result (only by pharmacy, laboratory analysis, ASL of origin).
