CANCELLATION and BOOKING MODIFICATION POLICY

For bookings made through the website or confirmed following acceptance of our quotation/offer, any cancellation must be communicated in writing by email.

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, which amounts to:

• 30% of the total stay amount for bookings in April, May, June, September and October;

• 50% of the total stay amount for bookings in July and August.

The balance of the entire stay is strictly due on the day of arrival and may be paid by instant bank transfer, credit card or cash.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancelled bookings will be subject to the following penalties, calculated according to the date on which the cancellation notice is received:

• up to 30 days before the arrival date: full refund of the deposit paid;

• from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: penalty equal to 30% of the total booked stay;

• from 14 to 7 days before the arrival date: penalty equal to 50% of the total booked stay;

• from 6 days before the arrival date until the arrival date: penalty equal to 100% of the total booked stay.

In the event of a no-show, a penalty equal to 100% of the total booked stay will be charged.

 

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

Once a booking has been confirmed, the booked period, the number of guests and the total amount of the stay shall be considered binding.

Any late arrival, early departure, reduction in the number of guests or individual changes to the stay dates of one or more members of the group shall not entitle guests to any refund, price reduction, recalculation of the stay or adjustment of the agreed amount.

The total amount stated in the confirmed booking shall therefore remain unchanged and must be paid in full, regardless of the actual length of stay used by each guest.

Unless otherwise authorized in writing by Management, booked but unused days will still be charged.
