COMPANY POLICY: CANCELLATIONS

By cancellation we mean the withdrawal or non-presentation (no show) for a contractually reserved period of stay as per the "confirmation booking" that took place in any form or channel of implementation.

Depending on the cancellation date, which can only be done via e-mail, the penalty amounts will be charged / retained with the following percentages:

- for cancellations received up to 30 days. before arrival: no penalty for the whole stay;

- for cancellations received up to 20 days. before arrival: penalty of 20% on the whole stay;

- for cancellations received up to 10 days. before arrival: 30% penalty on the whole stay;

- for cancellations received up to 7 days. before arrival: penalty of 50% on the whole stay:

- for cancellations received under 7 days. before arrival: penalty of 100%.

The date of sending the cancellation e-mail for the counting of days will prevail.

Late arrivals or early departures do not entitle you to a refund.

Warning! In case of cancellations due to pandemic (Covid-19), due to contagion (*) and / or blocking transfers between regions or countries, no penalty will be applied and consequently we will proceed with the full refund of the deposit or, in agreement with the Customer, upon issuing a credit voucher to be used for a future stay.
(*) to be proven with a medical certificate or facility accredited to the NHS.
