COMPANY POLICY:  BOOKING

A summary of the services requested by e-mail will follow (arrival and departure date, number of guests, total amount of the stay, method of payment, amount required for the confirmation deposit, other services).
The reservation will be contractually completed only upon receipt of the confirmatory deposit or prior authorization on the credit cardand in any case only after sending our booking confirmation via email, even in cases of booking made directly on the online site.
The deposit must be paid to validate the booking. The amount of the confirmation deposit for July and August is equal to 50% of the stay. In the other months or during particular events it is equal to 30%. For deposits received via credit card, the amount will be considered net of bank commissions applied to the booking party. The balance of the entire stay must be paid upon arrival of the customer.
 
RATES
The CENOBIO-SAMBUCO-TRAGARA, MOLARA accommodations can each comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, perfect for family stays or groups of friends.
On the website the base rate is set for 2 people per accommodation. For each additional person adult or child over 3 years, depending on the period, a daily supplement is applied (from 10 to 20 euros pp per day, VAT excluded).
The online daily rate is displayed net of VAT. By continuing to book, all the costs of the stay will be clearly visible at the end (rate per night, VAT, tourist tax, any other services requested).
 
BOOKING   CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS
Each apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of two children. It is possible to request, when booking, a cot at no extra charge.
Up to three years they are free of charge.  
From 3 to 6 years old, daily supplement of € 10.00 + VAT 10%.
From 6 to 12 years of age there is a daily supplement of € 15.00 + 10% VAT.
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT
In addition to the balance of the stay, at the discretion of the Management, a security deposit may be required upon arrival (for any damage caused to the accommodation) for an amount to be quantified based on the number of occupants (normally 50 euros per guest).
This deposit will be returned upon departure, unless any damage and / or shortages are found .

Except for any other agreements made with the Management.
