COMPANY BOOKING POLICY
 

Bookings can be made through our website, via email at info@treborghi.it, or by telephone at +39 338 7498653.

A summary of the requested services will follow via email (arrival and departure dates, number of guests, total stay amount, payment method, required deposit amount, and other services).

The booking will be contractually finalized only upon receipt of the confirming deposit (caparra confirmatoria) or credit card pre-authorization. In any case, it is only considered confirmed after our booking confirmation has been sent via email, including for bookings made directly on our website.

The deposit must be paid to validate the booking. The deposit amount for July and August is 50% of the total stay. During other months or special events, the deposit is 30%. For deposits paid by credit card, the amount received will be considered net of any bank commissions charged to the guest. The remaining balance for the entire stay must be paid strictly upon arrival.
 

RATES

The accommodations CENOBIO, SAMBUCO, TRAGARA, and MOLARA can each comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, making them perfect for families or groups of friends.

On the website, the initial rate is set for 2 people per unit. For each additional adult or child over 3 years old, a daily supplement is applied depending on the season (ranging from €10.00 to €20.00 per person/day, excluding VAT).

The daily rate online is displayed excluding VAT. By proceeding with the booking, all costs (nightly rate, VAT, tourist tax, and any other requested services) will be clearly visible at the final stage.

BOOKINGS FOR CHILDREN UP TO 12 YEARS OLD

Each accommodation can host a maximum of two children. A cot/crib can be requested during the booking process at no extra charge.

• Up to 3 years old: Free of charge.

• From 3 to 6 years old: Daily supplement of €10.00 + 10% VAT.

• From 6 to 12 years old: Daily supplement of €15.00 + 10% VAT.
   

PETS

Upon request, we accept small pets (max 10/15 kg) for a daily supplement of €10.00 + VAT.
 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

At the Management's discretion, a security deposit may be requested at check-in to cover potential damages and to guarantee that the property is treated with respect.
 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM

• Check-out: by 9:00 AM

Unless otherwise agreed with the Management.
