Our accommodations
Accommodations with sea view, high-speed Wi-Fi, A/C and private parking:

Villas Cenobio, Sambuco, Tragara and Molara House (70-100+ sqm): 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, garden with BBQ and veranda.

Ciolandrea and Bulgheria Apartments (50 sqm): 1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen, washing machine and panoramic terrace.
VAT, TAX: Rates are dynamic and displayed net of 10% VAT.
The tourist tax is €1.50 per person, per day, for ages 7 and up, excluding disabled persons and their caregivers, for a maximum of 10 nights (application period: April 1st to October 30th. Municipal Council Decision no. 226 of 23-11-2022 and no. 34 of 09-12-22).

CHILDREN-TEEN SUPPLEMENT: The children-teen supplement is calculated ONLY during the booking process (during the accommodation search phase, the initial entry of children alone does not calculate the supplement!):

teens (6-12 years) + €15 per day + 10% VAT

teens 12 years and older are considered as adult rate: €20 per day + 10% VAT
